Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 2/3 C powdered sugar
- 1 C pureed butternut squash (I use left overs)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 t salt
- Batter:
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C milk
- 1 C of berry filling or puree (strawberry, blueberry, cherry, etc..)
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2 C flour
- 3 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt

Step 1
Beat filling and batter ingredients separately in different bowls. Press half the batter in the bottom of a 10X10 pan. Pour filling mixture over the batter already in the pan. Place the remaining batter over the top of the filling. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until top springs back when touched.
