Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Noodles or rice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the meat. Add water and soups. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Blend sour cream and flour and add to the meat. Cook and stir until thick. Heat through but do not boil.
Serve over rice or noodles.
