Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano and thyme; crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 5 oz chicken cutlets
- 4 oz feta cheese; crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and pepper. Add chick;
turn to coat well; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. roil chicken 5
minutes. Turn, Spoon any remaining marinade evenly over chicken. Top evenly
with feta cheese. Broil until chicken is cooked through and topping is
golden brown.
