Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumber; thinly sliced
- 1 small onion; thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/8 - 1 cup Sugar
- 1/8 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and onion. In a jar with a tight-fitting
lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Pour over cucumber
mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted
spoon.
