Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground turkey (1/2 lb)
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage (1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed (1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (1/4 tsp)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (Pinch)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (Pinch)
- Dash each white pepper, cayenne pepper, ground allspice, ground cloves and ground nutmeg
