Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 5 or 6 scallions, chopped
- 4 or 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 lbs. shrimp, raw, shelled, deveined, room temp. (20 to 25 per lb.)
- Lemon juice (from 1 - 1 1/2 lemons
- Salt and pepper
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- Handful of fresh dill, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add scallion and sauté a few minutes. Add garlic and wine, and simmer 5 minutes. Add shrimp. Turn heat down to low, and slowly cook until they are pink, turning once. Add lemon juice at very end. Stir to heat through and salt and pepper to taste. Serve on dry homemade bread toast, dry toasted Vienna bread or pasta.
