Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 C nuts, chopped
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and blend. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients and blend. Grease and flour a tube pan or a bundt pan. Pour half of the batter into pan. Cover with half the topping. Pour rest of batter into pan, then cover with the rest of the topping.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
