Sweet Coffee Liqueur 1 Picture


  • 1/2 cup coffee grinds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup vodka
  • Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Step 1

1, Cold press coffee with water and allow to sit for 12 - 24 hours.
2. Pour concentrated coffee into bottle. Add vanilla bean, vodka, and simple syrup.
3. Store in refrigerator. Best if left to sit for about a week before using.

To make simple syrup, combine water and sugar in saucepan and boil for approximately one minute. Allow syrup to cool before using.
