Toasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and let drain and salt. Beat 1 egg; add 1/2 cup milk; dip potatoes in egg and milk mixture; roll in cracker cfrumbs. Place in baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over potatoes, cover, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
