Ingredients
- 2 cans peeled tomatoes
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 T oregano
- 3 T Italian herbs
- 1 t sugar
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 2 T parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
Use in any recipe calling for marinara.
