Grilled Turkey Cutlets with Salsa

I love grillling turkey cutlets befause they cook so quickly and much more than larger cuts of turkey. This dish has been a staple in my house for years. And since it can be made with numerous varieties of salsa, you're not likely to tire of it quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp extra=virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless turkey cutlets
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp seasoned slat, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt-free extra-spicy seasoning ( I used Mrs.
  • Dash Extra Spicy)
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh salsa (refrigerated, not jarred), any
  • variety

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat a grill to high ehat.

Rub the oil all over the cutlets and sason evenly with the seasoned salt and seasoning. Grill about 1 mintue per side, or until no longer pink inside. Transfer the cutlets to a platter, top with the salsa, and serve.
