  • 2 boneless chicken breasts; 1/2 inch thick
  • honey mustard
  • 3 slices bacon; sliced in half
  • 1/3 teaspoon season all
  • 1/2 cup mushroom; sliced
  • 1-1/2 cup colby or monterey jack cheese; shredded



Step 1

Rub chicken breast with season all and set aside to marinate for one hour.
While the breast is marinating, fry bacon crisp and drain.

Saute chicken breasts on medium heat in pan with just enough oil to prevent
sticking. Cook on both sides until a slight golden color and cooked in the
middle but not dry.

Remove from pan and place in a 9 x 13 inch dish.

Spread chicken breast with honey mustard, cover with a layer of mushrooms
and three pieces of bacon.

Bake at 350°F about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, covering
chicken. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

Honey mustard can be served on the side.
