Judy's Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 packages dry yeast (1 1/2 Tbsp)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1 egg

Soften yeast in warm water. Heat milk, sugar, butter, and salt. Then cool to luke warm. Add 2 cups flour to yeast. Add egg and milk mixture. Use mixer to blend. Add remaining flour a little at a time until desired consistency, mixing with a spoon. Put oil in a large bowl. Add dough, turning to get oil all over. Cover with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It can stay in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Take from refrigerator 2-3 hours before needed. Punch air out of dough. Cover hands with oil or water and shape into balls. Put in a greased pan, hardly letting them touch each other. Cover the top with butter. Let rise 2-3 hours before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
