Spicy Bean and Sausage Dip

  • 16 oz roll Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
  • 16 oz can of refried beans
  • 1/4 c enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1 T enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions
  • tortilla chips


Servings 8


Step 1

Crumble sausage in a large skillet over med heat. Cook, stirring frequesntly, until thoroughly cooked; drain well.

In a med bowl, stir together cooked sausage, refried beans, enchilada sauce. Pour into a serving bowls. Stir together sour cream and enchilada sauce and spread over bean mixture.

Sprinkle with onions and serve with chips.
