Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pound little smokies weiners
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bread, torn into pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased slow cooker. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Cover and cook 2 hours on high, and then 1 hour on low.
