Ingredients
- 1 steak (8 to 10 oz.) such as ribeye or New York strip
- 2 cups salad mix
- 1/2 pear, sliced
- 1/3 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 T pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing or dressing of choice
- 2 oz. blue cheese or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Step 1
Grill the steak over hot coals, to 145 with a meat thermometer. Toss the salad greens, pear, onion and pine nuts in a bowl. Add the salad dressing and mix to coat. Divide the salad mixture equally between two serving plates. Cut the steak into 1/2 inch strips and arrange over the salad greens. Sprinkle with the cheese.
