Ingredients
- 12 oz Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
- 6 Tbs Butter
- Chicken Tenders
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3/4 C Chicken Broth
- 1/2 C Half and Half
- 3 Tbs Heavy Cream
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Italian Seasoning
- (Try adding extra mozz cheese or garlic salt for more flavor.)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
At the same time, melt 2 Tbs butter in pan. Salt & Pepper Chicken, then pan fry until brown and cooked through; set aside.
And 4 Tbs Butter and minced garlic to pan. Cook 1 minute. Add broth and cook 2 minutes to reduce a bit.
Add Half and Half, cream, salt, pepper,Italian Seasoning, whisking constanty. Add cheese. Allow to thicken. (Thin with broth if needed)
Remove from heat, toss with pasta. Serve in bowls, topped with chicken, extra cheese and Italian Seasoning.
