Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 2 hard cooked eggs
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 2 qt casserole
Layer chicken, eggs, carrots and peas
Season with salt and pepper
Mix chicken soup and chicken broth
Pour over layers
Stir together bisquick mix and milk and pour over casseerole
Drizzle with melted butter
Bake 300 degrees for 35-40 mins
