Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin tips
- flour for dusting
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-4 tbs butter
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 c bullion
- 1 c red wine
- 1 tbs wersthishire
Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into 1"cubes
Blend w/ flour & salt
Brown meat in butter
Put in 3 qt casserole
Add onion, garlic and mushrooms to butter and cook until onion is soft
Add bullion, wine and werstishire to onion mix
Pour over meat
Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours
Thicken gravy with flour
Serve over egg noodles
