Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked cauliflower, drained reserve liquid
- 3 packets chicken broth
- 4 c. French cut green beans
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 4 c. fresh button mushrooms sliced
- 4 10 oz. chicken breasts, skinned
Preparation
Step 1
Place cauliflower in blender. Add the chicken broth and enough reserve liquid to make a thick sauce.
Place the green beans in a 3 quart casserole dish. On top place the chopped pepper and mushrooms.
Place chicken on top of everything else. Pour cauliflower sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
