Ingredients

    can cream of celery

    can cream of chicken

  • 1

    can cream of mushroom

  • 1 1/2

    cups chicken broth

  • 2

    tbsp poultry seasoning

  • 2

    tsp thyme

  • 1

    pan of cornbread

  • 1

    Green Bell Pepper

  • 1

    onion

  • 2

    eggs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit Dice onion. Dice Bell Pepper. Sautee together until onions are slightly translucent. Set aside to cool. Take Prepared cornbread and crumble it into a large bowl. Mix together 2 eggs and add it to the cornbread mixture, along with the cream of chicken, mushroom, and celery. Mix in the poultry seasoning and thyme. Add in the sauteed vegetables and mix well. Slowly add in the chicken broth. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until browned on top.
