CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Pkg. Frozen Broccoli
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
- 2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4-1/2 Chicken broth or use chicken drippings
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease bottom of 8x8 glass or other pan.
Bake chicken breasts for 20 minutes, let cool, cut into small chunks.
Cook broccoli per package instructions.
Combine Cream of Chicken soup, mayonnaise, and chicken broth for desired consistency and set aside.
Place broccoli in bottom of 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle chicken on top of broccoli.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of chicken.
Place soup mixture on top of cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of soup mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bread crumbs are brown.
