Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 t chopped garlic
- 1/2 c chopped jalapenos
- 1/4 lb. Monterey jack cheese with jalapenos, grated
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1 t hot sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c mayo
- 2 oz parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine crabmeat, garlic, jalapeno, monterey jack, worcheshire, hot sauce, salt and mayo into a mixing bowl. Toss gently to mix. Spoon the mixture into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with parm cheese on top. Bake about 25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving with bread or crackers.
