Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz.) Peach or Apple Fruit Filling or Topping
  • 1 cup biscuit (baking) mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400. Spoon filling into an 8 or 9 square pan.

2. Stir together biscuit mix, milk, sugar and butter or margarine with fork until blended; drop by spoonfuls on top of filling.

3. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm. High altitude: Stir 2 Tbsp. flour into the biscuit mix and add extra 1 tsp. milk to the cup milk.
