  • 3 teaspoon flavoring - vanilla, almond, fra an
  • 1 cup Butter, unsalted; melted

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor pulse together until smooth sugar, flour, eggs, salt, and
flavoring. Add melted butter. Pulse until mixed. Butter the molds. Fill
each two thirds full. Bake at 375°F in tinned steel molds and 350°F om
mpm-stick molds for 10 minutes until lightly browned. They are just right
when they spring back when you prss your finger gently on their tops.
