    cup Sugar

    cups cake flour; sifted

    eggs

  • pinch Salt

  • 3

    teaspoon flavoring - vanilla, almond, fra an

    cup Butter, unsalted; melted

Directions

In food processor pulse together until smooth sugar, flour, eggs, salt, and flavoring. Add melted butter. Pulse until mixed. Butter the molds. Fill each two thirds full. Bake at 375°F in tinned steel molds and 350°F om mpm-stick molds for 10 minutes until lightly browned. They are just right when they spring back when you prss your finger gently on their tops.
