Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 3/4 C crumbled blue cheese
- 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- Green olives
Preparation
Step 1
Place cheeses in small mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until soft and fluffy, scraping sides and bottom of the bowl. Cover. Chill at least seven hours. Shape into large ball. Can roll in flaked parsley or decorate with green olives, sliced and put on sides with toothpicks. Can, also be rolled in chopped cuts. Serve with crackers.
