Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 1 can (21 oz.) Apple or More Fruit Peach Fruit Filling
Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium saucepan melt butter; add sugar and cinnamon. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
2. Stir in cereal and nuts; press into bottom of 9" pie plate.
3. Spread softened ice cream over crust. Freeze until firm. Before serving, top with fruit filling.
