• 5 Sweet Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
• 1/3 Cup Water
• 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 3/4 Stick Butter
• 1 tsp Cinnamon

Step 1

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add water, sugar, and cinnamon and bring all to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and bring to a boil. Turn heat down, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
