Ingredients
- 4-5 pound brisket
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 2 large cans apricot nectar
Preparation
Step 1
Salt, pepper, and flour brisket and brown in oil.
Move to baking pan. Add soup mix and nectar. Cover and bake 2-1/2 hours at
350 °F.
Can cool, slice, return to gravy, and freeze.
