Barbecued Chicken *GOOD*

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 pound) box frozen chicken thighs or wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw chicken. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place chicken in a baking pan and bake for 1/2 hour.

Drain oil from pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

Continue baking chicken for 1/2 hour until done.
