  • leftover roast; diced
  • 1 handful carrot shreds
  • 1/2 bag frozen peas
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • onion flakes
  • ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • mashed potatoes



Step 1

Place meat in bowl. Add carrot shreds, peas, mushroom pieces, and onion
flakes. Pour in ketchup to make sauce and mix. Pour into pie plate. Salt
and pepper top. Smooth mashed potatoes over top.

Bake 20 minutes @400°F.
