Ingredients
- Sauce
- 2/3 c mascarpone cheese
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 1/4 c whole milk
- 1/4 c capers drained and chopped
- 1 medium lemon zested
- 1 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 t black pepper
- Pork
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 c italian breadcrumbs
- 3 T veg. oil
- 6 pork chops, thinly cut
Preparation
Step 1
Sauce
combine cheese, mayo in a bowl. Slowly add milk. add remaining ingredients, set aside
Pork
Season, dip into flour then egg then bredcrubms. Cook pok in skillet. Pour over sauce
