Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk 12 oz
- 1 can cream of coconut 14 oz
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 1/2 cup coconut rum
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or coconut extract
Preparation
Step 1
In double boiler combine eggs and evaporated milk. Stirring cook over simmering water until the mixture coats the back of a spoon.
Transfer to a blender add cream of coconut condensed milk, rum, coconut milk,and all other ingredients.
pour into glass containers chill overnight.
