Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 6 ripe banana; mashed
  • 4 egg; beaten
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 1 cup nuts; chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, margarine, and bananas. Add eggs, flour, vanilla, baking soda
dissolved in hot water, and chopped nuts.

Bake one hour at 350 °F.

Can be frozen.
