Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Sage
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 4 Chicken breasts
- Egg
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter, stir in herbs.
Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Top with shredded cheese. Roll breast and secure with 2 toothpicks.
Place chicken in pan and pour butter mixture over top; stirring as you pour.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spritz with wine or sherry if you like. Spoon butter from pan over chicken. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
