Ingredients
- 2 c quick or old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 T promise buttery spread
- 1 1/4 c firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 lg egg
- 1/3 c lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c raisins
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Grease baking sheets, set aside.
In med bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In lg bowl beat romise spread, and brown sugar until creamy, about 3 min. Beat in egg, yogurt and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in oat mixture just until blended. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
On prepared baking sheets, drop dough by 2 T full, 3 inches apart. Bake 12 mins or until edges ae golded and centers are set. Cool 2 mins, transfer to wire rack.
