Ingredients
- 8 skinned boned chicken breast
- 2 medium onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 T. oil
- 49 oz. chicken broth
- 5 cans cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
- 2 cans green chillies
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 t. oregano
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 T. chili powder
- pepper
- dash cloves
- 1/8 t. red pepper
- shredded cheese
- fritos or tortilla chips

Step 1
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute chicken, onion & garlic in hot oil in dutch oven over med. hi heat about 10 minutes. or until chicken is done. Stir in broth and next 10 ingredients & bring to boil Cover, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream, cheese and chips.
