- Crust Seasoning:
- 1 Section Basic Bread Dough
- 1 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning
- 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Toppings of your choice
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
Roll dough into a circle.
In a bowl mix tomato sauce with pizza seasoning.
Pour 1/2 of the sauce onto 1/2 of the circle and spread evenly.
Add 1/2 cup cheese then toppings of your choice.
Top off with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Fold circle in half and seal edges with a fork or by pinching.
Butter the top of the calzone and sprinkle with crust seasonings.
Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees
Use left over sauce to dip or spread on calzone.
