Greek Salad (Angie Suhre)

Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored (I chopped mine into small bite size pieces)
  • 1 cup Havarti cheese, shredded
  • 1 C. chopped walnuts
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tab poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together salad ingredients. Mix together dressing ingredients. Toss salad with dressing, serve chilled.
