Ingredients

  • 12 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 carton (15 oz ) ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes
Warm alfredo sauce, spinach, salt and pepper
In small bowl combine egg, cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, and parmesan cheese in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Layer noodles, spinach mix and repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
