Ingredients

    oz uncooked lasagna noodles

    pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.

  • 1

    jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    egg

  • 2

    cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1

    carton (15 oz ) ricotta cheese

  • 1/2

    cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1

    cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes Warm alfredo sauce, spinach, salt and pepper In small bowl combine egg, cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, and parmesan cheese in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Layer noodles, spinach mix and repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
