Ingredients

    cans (14.5 oz. each) chicken broth

  • 1

    bag (16 oz.) frozen corn, thawed

  • 3

    small red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch piece

  • 1

    red bell pepper, diced

  • 1

    medium onion, diced

  • 1

    stalk celery, sliced

  • 1/2

    Tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    Tsp. pepper

  • 1/2

    C. heavy cream

  • 8

    slices bacon, crisp cookekd and crumbled

  • 1

    C. frozen salad shrimp, peeled

Directions

Place broth, corn, potatoes, bell pepper, onion, celery, salt and pepper into crock pot. Cook low 7 hours. Add shrimp last hour. Stir in cream; cook on high until hot. Sprinkle with bacon.
