Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup of sugar ( I changed this to 1/2 to be healthier) and added little more yogurt about 2 oz.
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz of yogurt
  • 1 cup of white flour
  • 2/3 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • (optional chocolate chips, walnuts)

Step 1

Mash bananas in separate bowl. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add bananas, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients. Bake in a greased loaf pan @ 350 for 1 hour.
