Ingredients
- 1 box (18.25 oz) Dark chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 medium (6oz) sweet potato, cooked, peeled and mashed
- 1 zucchini, shredded and squeezed dry in paper towel (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 can (16oz) prepared milk chocolate frosting
- 12 oz cream cheese at room temperature

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions, reducing water and oil to 1/4 cup each and adding potato and zucchini.
Divide batter evenly among 3 greased 8" round cake pans. Bake 15 minutes and cool completely.
In bowl, blend frosting and cream cheese. Frost and layer cake.
