Tuna and Basil Penne

  • 1 can albacore, drained
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves, julienned
  • 8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
  • salt and pepper



Step 1

In a large bowl, toss together albacore, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and peel, and basil
Cook penne according to package directions and drain.
Add penne to the albacore mixture and toss with salt and pepper to taste.
