Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup roma tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 lime peeled
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, lightly packed
- 1/4 avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 1 1/2 medium carrots
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High. If necessary, use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
4. Blend for 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
