Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups chocolate cocoa
- 1 3/4 cups unsifted flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs.
Combine cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add alternatively with milk to the batter. Blend well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
