Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 t. minced garlic in water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 12 oz. bag fine or medium egg noodles, uncooked
- couple shots of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a large, nonstick skillet, brown ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the soup, sour cream, and Worcestershire. Stir in 3 1/2 soup cans of water. Add pasta and mix to cover with liquid. Cook on low heat, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until pasta is tender. (Do a taste test!) Serve immediately.
