Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C warm water
  • 4 1/2 C flour (bread)
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 1/2 teas sugar
  • 2 1/2 teas salt
  • 1/2 teas yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water. Add 1 teas sugar.
Dissolve remaining salt & sugar in rest of water.
Add flour & oil. Knead. Divide

Makes 1 Lg + 1 sm OR Double the recipe and it makes 3 Lg pizzas..
Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes with your personal choice of toppings.
