Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
- or 1 can chickpeas
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lime
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Place all ingredients in food processor until correct consistancy.
